Option agreements
Option agreements are the way we acquire most of our land/ property as this allows us to acquire planing permission before purchasing, and also giving the land owner a lift in value without having to take the risk or have the stress of dealing with planning permission of which is specialist area of ours.
Purchase without planning
This is our secondary choice as it will normally result in a lower purchase price, as it will be us taking all the risk with regards to purchasing land that may not obtain planning permission.
