Can I sell land without planning permission?

You can contact us before you have permission or a finished scheme. We will look at the site's access, surroundings and planning history to understand whether it may be suitable. Interest in a site does not guarantee planning permission or an offer.

What if I only want to sell part of my garden?

We consider individual plots alongside existing homes. A simple plan showing the part you want to sell and how it could be accessed helps us understand the opportunity and how it relates to the property you retain.

How would a purchase work?

Depending on the site, we may discuss an outright purchase or an option agreement. We explain the proposed terms, conditions and next steps so you can consider them with your own advisers before committing.
